In 2013, Dr. Mulrennan launched her own dynamic consulting services firm, Rave-Worthy, LLC. Her company transforms the art of hospitality using the science of psychology. How? By applying tenets of psychology to business leadership, employee motivation, and customer satisfaction so her client’s customers return, leaders learn, teams shine and revenues climb. In addition to consulting services, Rave-Worthy’s primary product is a screening and development survey for hiring and developing customer-centric talent which is based on 32 years of research. She has successfully partnered with hundreds of leaders and dozens of companies – globally and across a wide range of industries – in assessing and developing their talent, growing their leadership, and providing rave-worthy service.
She was a founding professor in the Masters of Global Hospitality Leadership Program at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and in 2016, was honored with the Georgetown University Teaching Excellence Award in that program.
